The customer requested the removal of all wallpaper throughout the downstairs and upstairs hallways, two bedrooms, and a toilet, followed by a full replastering of the walls and ceilings.

During the process, we identified and addressed several structural issues. This included repointing sections of the exterior brickwork and installing Helibars to reinforce interior cracks. Additionally, we strengthened the ceiling joists, reinforced the water tank in the loft, and installed loft boards to improve storage accessibility.

Once all wallpaper was removed and structural repairs were completed, we prepared the surfaces for plastering by scrimming cracks and applying bonding grit. We then systematically plastered the bedrooms, hallways (both upstairs and downstairs), and toilet, ensuring a smooth, high-quality finish ready for painting.
